What is HypnoticBreath™?

Hypnotherapy is a state of ‘relaxed hyper-focus’, it is called ‘Theta State’ and is very similar to being in a daydream. This relaxed state allows us to quiet the conscious (critical) mind, in order to access the subconscious and reprogram negative thoughts or behaviours. During this process it's possible to access old memories, emotions and beliefs to create new positive and empowering thoughts and motivations. 

Meaning you get to change the way you think and behave! My training in Cognitive Hypnotherapy has proven amazing results. In a 2012 study, research showed that (in an average of 6 sessions) 71% of clients reported themselves recovered. Compared to 42% using traditional therapies such as CBT.

However, studies show that, contrary to what we’ve often been taught, we experience life from ‘bottom up’. Meaning we notice, process and feel in our bodies first and then in our mind. This means we need to change what we are experiencing in the body, calming the nervous system and then by combining that with creating new thoughts and beliefs we then have a ‘whole-person’ shift in perspective. 

When I trained in Breath-work I saw that amazing shifts were possible in a very short period of time. And that by combining my two favourite healing modalities I was able to create one transformative technique that can help change how you think, feel and behave all at once.
